Helena Manuel, our farm manager, received the National Award for Sustainable Agriculture on our behalf. Around 1,000 Portuguese wineries applied for the award and it was celebrated with prominent ministers and guests – which naturally makes us proud and we are delighted that our many years of pioneering work are now also being recognized in Portugal. We have now been active there for 40 years.
