A new wine press from Europress for gentle pressing of the wines, chilled tanks also for the red wines to produce fruity, elegant basic wines, rectangular tanks with adjacent cooling plates to minimize energy consumption, a grape conveyor belt to transport the grapes gently and thus to avoid pumping and and the best derapper available on the market to gently remove the grapes and thus less.
