In addition to the grapes and olives we grow, living soils are also home to flowers, grasses, herbs, butterflies, birds, insects, reptiles and countless soil creatures. We promote this purposefully through diverse greening between the rows of vines, flower strips, hedges, trees, herb islands as well as shelters for a diverse fauna in the middle of or at the edges of vineyards and olive groves. Only this diversity guarantees a closed natural cycle and thus high-quality wines and olive oils. In this way, we specifically promote biodiversity.
